Privacy Policy

drawAnything does not collect any data about you or your child. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party software of any kind. Everything your child draws stays on your device.
What we collect
The app has no sign-up, no login, and no server of its own. It does not ask for a name, an email address, a phone number, a birthday, or a location, and it has no way to identify who is using it.
Where drawings are stored
- Drawings are saved on the device itself.
- If you are signed in to iCloud, drawings may also be stored in your own iCloud Drive, inside your personal Apple account. That storage belongs to you — we have no access to it, and it is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
- Deleting the app removes the drawings kept on the device.
Children
This app is made for young children, and it is built so that there is nothing to collect in the first place. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — or from anyone else — because the app collects no personal information at all.
There is no advertising, no in-app browser, no social features, no chat, no sharing to other apps, no links out to other websites, and no way for a child to contact anyone through the app. Nothing a child makes can leave the device except by an adult saving it to their own photo library.
Purchases
The app offers one optional one-time purchase that removes the five-drawing limit. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. The app stores only a single yes/no value on the device recording whether the purchase was made.
Buying requires an adult to answer a simple multiplication question first, so a child cannot start a purchase on their own.
Saving to your photo library
A drawing can be saved as a picture into your own photo library. iOS asks for permission the first time. The app requests add-only access: it can put a picture in, and it cannot read, browse, or see anything already there.
The picture stays on your device. It is not uploaded to us — we operate no servers — and the app has no way to send it anywhere else.
Network access
The app talks to Apple's App Store to look up the price of the purchase and to restore a previous purchase. It makes no other network connections.
Device usage record
To ensure each device receives its scratch-art free trial only once, this app uses Apple's DeviceCheck service to store two yes/no flags for this device on Apple's servers: whether the free drawing quota has been used up, and whether the scratch-art trial time has been used up.
These flags contain no personal data, cannot identify a user, are never used for advertising or tracking, and are not shared with any third party. We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email, device identifiers, or any artwork.
Third-party software
There is none. The app contains no analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting, or social-media software development kits.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
